How it works
Log in to your account and use the Recycling Returns section to submit your request. Tell us what cartridges you have and confirm your delivery address.
Our team will send a recycling pack out to you. Once it arrives, pack your used cartridges securely inside - no need to clean them or remove any ink.
Send the sealed pack back to Boss Office using a postal or courier service of your choice. Please note that return postage is not pre-paid.
Once received, your cartridges are sent to our certified recycling partners where they are dismantled, sorted, and responsibly processed - nothing goes to landfill.
